Story 1:
“Trump wins big in South Carolina; Clinton takes Nevada”
This article gave descriptive information on the campaign, all of the candidates, primary holdings, and dropouts. The AP never disappoints in giving detailed unbiased information. It continues to give insights and quotes from all of the candidates. Also the headline showcases that Donald Trump nor Hilary Clinton would be the topic of conversation only. However, the Headline does give you a summary or idea of what the article is depicting without even having to read it fully. I enjoyed reading it. However, the article was very full in detail. This is a article that didn’t involve a type of blog reading it could pass as a printed article as well. The article showcased 8 pictures of a slideshow.
Story 2:
“Harper Lee, ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ author, dead at 89”
http://www.cnn.com/2016/02/19/entertainment/harper-lee-obit-feat/index.html
Very detailed and busy article. The article oozed of all sorts of information, pictures, endeavors and quotes by the late Harper Lee. That after reading it the reader becomes fully equipped and aware of all major things Harper Lee. I loved being able to see a quick video summarizing the situation. I loved seeing the embedded tweets about Harper Lee from fellow fans of her work. I also enjoyed that there were numerous of pictures to get a visual sight of who Harper Lee was. I didn’t enjoy however the articles on the side, pop ups in between and the end of the article that didn’t pertain to Harper Lee. Sometimes too busy of an article distracts the reader. However, a great article that exposed such a great woman.
